    Position: Occupational Therapist

    Salary Range: $43.50-$47 per hour

    Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with weekend rotation

    Facility: We are a 118-bed facility offering ShortStay Nursing Care, Rehabilitation Care, and Long Term Care. Our facility features a large gym with an ADL kitchen, outside patio, treadmill, 3 bikes, and a standing frame. We also offer the RevitalCare program, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment.

    Patients: Our facility specializes in Rehab to Home and Long Term Care. Our patients come from a variety of backgrounds and have a range of conditions, providing a diverse and rewarding work experience.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain independence and improve their daily living skills.

    Responsibilities:

    - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals

    - Conduct evaluations to assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities

    - Work with patients to improve their ability to perform daily tasks and activities

    - Utilize adaptive equipment and techniques to help patients overcome physical limitations

    - Educate patients and their families on ways to continue therapy at home

    - Communicate regularly with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care for patients

    - Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

    - Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist

    - Experience working with patients in a rehabilitation or long term care setting preferred

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Knowledge of adaptive equipment and techniques

    - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
