What you will be doing:- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions for patients with diverse medical conditions.
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals, adaptive techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and rehabilitation professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Deliver care that meets regulatory, ethical, and professional standards.
Experience you will need:- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist License (required upon hire).
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (required upon hire).
- 1 to 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment.
