$500 Signing Bonus!Village Care Family Services (VCFS) is a therapist-owned Early Intervention agency providing speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and special instruction to young children and families throughout Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties. We are seeking part-time, contracted Occupational Therapists (OTs) with early intervention experience to provide services to children ages 3–5 in preschools, early learning centers, and home settings.
Opportunities are currently available in areas including Abington/Jenkintown, Wynnewood, Germantown, University City, West Philadelphia, Overbrook, and surrounding communities. Caseloads are developed based on current referrals, provider availability, and geographic preferences.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, with a minimum caseload of 10 children.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct therapy
- Communicate with parents and caregivers,
- Collaborate with classroom teachers in regard to interventions
- Communicate with service coordinators and other members of the transdisciplinary team
- Write individualized IEP goals.
- Document sessions and manage caseloads with a user-friendly software system
Requirements:- PA Occupational Therapy (OT) license
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
