Occupational Therapist Full-Time / PRN (Permanent)
Location: Dubuque, IA
Compensation: $36/hr (New Graduate) up to $45/hr (Based on experience) + Negotiable + Optional Incentives
Hours: 30 40 hours/week (Flexible Scheduling)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Iowa (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation for a general rehabilitation caseload
  • Participate actively in interdisciplinary clinical team processes
  • Educate and train caregiver staff as appropriate
  • Contribute to clinical program development initiatives
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, aides, technicians, and students as required
  • Perform additional administrative and clinical duties as assigned in settings with multiple therapy staff
