Compensation: $36/hr (New Graduate) up to $45/hr (Based on experience) + Negotiable + Optional Incentives
Hours: 30 40 hours/week (Flexible Scheduling)

Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Iowa (or eligibility for licensure)
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management abilities
Responsibilities
- Provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation for a general rehabilitation caseload
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary clinical team processes
- Educate and train caregiver staff as appropriate
- Contribute to clinical program development initiatives
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, aides, technicians, and students as required
- Perform additional administrative and clinical duties as assigned in settings with multiple therapy staff
