Position Details

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for students referred for services

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services in educational settings

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers

• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, visual-motor, and functional school skills

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

• Provide consultation and recommendations to school staff to support student success in the classroom

Requirements

• Active Ohio Occupational Therapist License

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Ohio Department of Education credentials, if required

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

• School-based experience preferred, but qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
