Job Details

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that help patients regain independence and improve daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Modify treatment approaches based on patient progress and goals
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and recovery strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey and celebrate milestones in recovery

Qualifications
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in accordance with state regulations
  • Current CPR certification
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Previous experience in rehabilitation, acute care, post-acute care, or related clinical settings preferred
  • Strong communication, clinical assessment, and patient-care skills
