    Shifts

    • PRN position

    • Up to 20 hours per week available

    A skilled nursing facility located in Myerstown, PA, is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.

    What You'll Do:

    • Assist in delivering occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist

    • Carry out individualized treatment plans to help residents improve their function, mobility, and quality of life

    • Monitor resident progress and provide feedback to the therapy and nursing teams

    • Help train and educate residents and caregivers on safe, effective strategies for daily living

    • Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care

    What You’ll Need:

    • Active COTA license in the state of Pennsylvania

    • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

    • Strong communication and teamwork skills

    • Prior experience in a skilled nursing setting is a plus, but not required

    • A positive, compassionate approach to care
