Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - Inpatient Rehab- PRN

Assist Occupational Therapists in providing occupational therapy treatments and procedures to restore function in individuals with functional impairments. May in accordance with state laws assist in development of treatment plans, carry out routine functions, direct activity and document the progress of treatments.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• Required Licenses- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant certification to practice in the Kentucky.
  Certifications Preferred:
  Lymphedema Therapy
  Vestibular Therapy
  Kinesio Taping
  LSVT Big
  Functional Capacity Evaluations

Minimum Education:

• Associates degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.

Screening Requirements:

• Drug Screen
• Tuberculosis Test
• Background Check
• Physical Exam
• Respirator Fit
