Pride Health is hiring a Travel Occupational Therapist - to support our client's healthcare team in Arlington, WA.

Location: Arlington, WA 98223

Pay Rate: $50.00/hour W-2

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 36-40 hours/week

Flexibility: 4-day workweek may be considered

Travel: None

Setting: Outpatient / Clinic

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Certified Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist) to evaluate and provide therapy to patients experiencing hand pain or recovering from hand injuries and hand surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients with hand and upper-extremity conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to patients recovering from hand injuries and surgeries.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on exercises, rehabilitation techniques, and home programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide excellent patient service and support throughout the rehabilitation process.

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification through the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC).
• Previous experience in hand therapy is required.
• Strong clinical and patient-care skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.
