Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive occupational health therapy services to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities.
- Collaborate with medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to provide holistic care.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and strategies for improving function and quality of life.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Health Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
