If that describes you, we need to talk!What your day will look like:- Conduct Pre-placement and Annual Employee Physical Assessments, prepare charts/forms
- Maintain all medical records using EMR
- Administer vaccinations, perform drug screens, & coordinate additional testing
- Provide direct patient care through first aid, physician referrals and follow up care to injured employees.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:- Four years clinical nursing experience with direct patient care
- Experience managing FMLA or ADA leaves a plus
- Current Registered Nurse with active SC license
- BLS/AED CPR
