Position Highlights

• Hands-focused outpatient OT at a hospital-affiliated clinic (Jacksonville FL)
• Open to new grads and experienced OTs, built-in mentorship from a senior hand therapist
• Caseload: hands, shoulders, elbows, with some neuro mix (stroke, TBI, occasional SCI)
• Sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
• PSLF eligible
• CHT a plus but not required, mentorship to grow into the lane

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
• FL state OT license or eligibility
• Interest or experience in hand therapy and/or neuro preferred
• CHT certification a plus but not required
• New grads and experienced OTs welcome
• Strong interdisciplinary teamwork skills
