Lead enterprise programs that protect employee health, strengthen compliance, and improve organizational readiness across a primary care network.
Position Highlights
- Develop and oversee enterprise occupational and employee health programs
- Lead employee immunization compliance, tuberculosis screening, occupational exposure management, and return to work processes
- Manage the Bloodborne Pathogen Program and related OSHA requirements
- Coordinate communicable disease response, exposure assessments, work restrictions, and public health reporting
- Oversee Florida SHOTS administration, regulatory documentation, and occupational health vendor relationships
- Build compliance dashboards, conduct audits, analyze trends, and lead corrective action strategies
- Partner with Human Resources, Infection Prevention, clinical operations, and public health agencies
Hybrid work environment with travel up to 25 percent across Florida clinic locations
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Active unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse license
- Five or more years of healthcare experience
- Three or more years of occupational health, employee health, public health, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, or related healthcare operations experience
- COHN or COHN S preferred at hire and required within 24 months
