About the Role:
As an Occupational and Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, safety, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing skilled occupational or physical therapy services to students in their schools.
Documenting patient progress and communicating with patients' healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
NY Active Therapy License
