• Reimburse license renewal or new license
• Salary plus incentives; $5k for relocation assistance
• Monday through Friday work schedule; call of 1:4
• See 18 - 20 patients per day; 5 weeks of PTO annually and 10 federal holidays
• Optional academic involvement; 40 hours of CME with a $2.5k stipend
• Must be board certified or board eligible for this employed position
