What You’ll Do
- Provide labor, delivery, and postpartum care in a hospital-based OB-GYN department
- Manage routine labor and delivery procedures, including vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
- Perform postpartum rounding and emergency gynecological consultations as needed
- Support approximately 500-600 births annually in a busy hospital setting
- Document patient care using EPIC EMR system
- Collaborate with support staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Float to other sites such as Janesville, Baraboo, Monroe Clinic, or Madison as needed
What You Need
- Valid MD or DO license (IMLC accepted)
- Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology
- BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics/gynecology
- Skills in routine labor management, C-section, vaginal delivery, post-partum care, and emergency gynecology
