Required Skills:
- Active New York State Medical License
- Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (BC required; BE not accepted)
- DEA certification and ability to maintain them throughout employment
- Proven clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology, including deliveries and prenatal care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with EMR systems, preferably eClinicalWorks
- Ultrasound proficiency and experience with inpatient deliveries
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Prior experience in community health or outpatient settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- Familiarity with high-volume clinics and hospital-based obstetric care
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to support a 24-hour call shift once weekly (hospital-based, in-house coverage)
- Ability to work a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks per month to ensure continuity of care
- Reliable transportation for onsite needs with minimal travel preferred
- Certification/credentialing process of 60-90 days prior to start date
