This academic appointment will be under the Health Sciences Clinical Instructor or Health Sciences Assistant Clinical Professor.\n \nApplicants must possess an M.D. degree or equivalent and be eligible to obtain a California Medical License. Candidates must also be board certified or eligible in the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The incumbent should have excellent teaching skills with an active interest in educating medical students and residents; clinical and/or basic research; and clinical practice in areas of general obstetrics and gynecology. Subspecialty or certifications are welcomed in areas such as Family Planning and Minimally Invasive Surgery. At least three to five years of clinical experience is preferred.\n \nThe incumbent will be expected to teach, perform research and/or creative work, and provide University and public service.
