Once we have these dates filled, we will send a full list of dates needed for both facilities.

****Major need for July 31-Aug 3*** Then, we would like to add to our provider pool for the foreseeable future. This would be a market position, meaning that provider could be scheduled in either of our locations (Harris or Haywood). Provider will need to credential at both hospitals simultaneously. Please note: Provider would only be responsible for one hospital at a time, for the safety of all of our patients. All-inclusive agreements are highly preferred. NC Medicaid Eligibility is required. This would include one fee for any call and callback hours. Travel expenses may be billed separately, as long as they adhere to the Lifepoint Invoice Rules established on the LM platform. Malpractice is to be covered by the locums vendor. On the chance that a buyout fee comes into play, it is our expectation that only one be charged to cover this full agreement.

Shift & Call Details:  24 hour call, (8a-8a) 

Credentialing Timeframe:  2-4 weeks. Can grant TEMP ER PRIVS. 

Job Details:

• Setting: Hospital Call 
• Patient Volume: Low volume hospital and level 3 nursery with higher level acuity hospital 25miles away. 2-5 per shift. 
• Required Procedures: Responsibilities include attending C-sections and deliveries. Comfortable with surgery without surgical assistant. 
• APP Support/Supervision: n/a 
• EMR: McKesson
• Client Requirements: BE/BC 
• Travel Accommodations: Lifepoint-Flihgts over $800 must be pre-approved, RC max is $75 per day.  No rideshare 

 

Additional Details:

• Pay Rate: 24 hour call rate plus SOC.  Pay $1300/250 Bill $1900/$375 (target) OR a flat all-inclusive rate is preferred by Hospital. Just add $800-$1000 from what the provider request 
• Bill Rate: No past OBGYN rates confirmed with client.
• Rate Restrictions: Orientation max bill is $150 per hour
