Obstetrician Gynecologist (OB/GYN)
Lake Station / Gary, Indiana
We’re hiring an OB/GYN who wants strong earning potential, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive women’s healthcare.
You’ll step into a clinical and hospital-based role focused on obstetrics, gynecology, deliveries, and procedural care. You’ll have an established support team while maintaining the autonomy to provide full-scope care.

• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• You’re comfortable providing deliveries and procedural OB/GYN care

• New graduates and experienced OB/GYN physicians are welcome
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $300,000–$330,000
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000
• Quarterly quality and productivity bonus
• Medical insurance: employee plans starting at $38.93/pay period
• Dental: $17.81/pay period | Vision: $2.23/pay period
• Employer-paid life insurance at 1.5x salary
• 160 vacation hours plus 40 personal hours
• CME: 40 hours plus $2,500
• 401(k) with historical match up to 4%
• FTCA malpractice coverage
