University of Maryland Shore Regional Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join a well-established, full-scope womens health practice in Easton, Maryland.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, community-focused environment with strong clinical support and access to modern facilities.


Practice Details

  • Established, full-scope OB/GYN practice
  • Mix of:
    • Obstetrics
    • Gynecology
    • GYN surgery
  • Blocked OR time with access to state-of-the-art surgical suites
  • Average 18-22 patients per day
  • Multidisciplinary team includes:
    • Physicians
    • Nurse Practitioners
    • Certified Nurse Midwives
    • Sonographers, MAs, and RNs
  • Modern multispecialty office setting
  • Strong clinical support to focus on quality patient care

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care across all stages of life
  • Perform gynecologic surgical procedures
  • Manage obstetric patients and deliveries
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $386,691
    • Based on MGMA and SullivanCotter benchmarks
    • Commensurate with experience and training
  • Sign-on options (choose one):
    • $20,000-$25,000 bonus OR
    • $50,000 housing allowance (year one)
  • Relocation assistance up to $10,000

Qualifications

  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Maryland medical license (or eligibility)
  • DEA certification
  • Strong clinical and surgical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
