This position is FT and PT POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides direct and continuous observation for high risk patients
- Notifies nurse of any unusual activity or apparent distress
- Upholds NorthCrest standards of performance
- Promotes customer service initiatives
- Communicates findings to nursing staff on a regular basis
- Answers telephones and public inquiries appropriately
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: - High school graduate or GED preferred
- Current BLS (or obtain prior to the completion of orientation)
- De-escalation training certification (obtain within 2 months of hire date)
