Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU Observation – Fort Myers, FL
COMPENSATION: Earn up to $50/hr (non-critical care) or $55/hr (critical care)(based on years of RN experience) + Relocation Package ($12,000–$15,000+)
Role Description:

Schedule/Hours:40 hours/week

Core Responsibilities: Safe delivery and documentation of patient care; coordinate nursing care based on clinical practice standards; collaborate with the care team; support quality improvement and customer service; practice aligned with ANA standards and the Florida Nurse Practice Act.

$7,000 relocation paid on 1st check (non-critical care)

Required Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
Experience:1+ year recent acute care experience (department requirements may vary)
PCU/Neuro:1+ year recent hospital bedside experience required
Women’s Services / Endo / OR / PICU:2+ years experience required
Less than 2 years RN experience: receives 50% of hiring incentives
Certifications: AHA BLS(current for at least 90 days after hire date; may vary by department)
License: Active Florida RN license
