OBGYN – Physician (Full Spectrum Women’s Health)

Overview:
Join a dynamic, physician-led women’s health group in Bloomington, Illinois, as an OBGYN providing comprehensive care across high- and low-risk obstetrics and gynecologic surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures with robotics. Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology, including high- and low-risk obstetrics.
  • Skilled in gynecologic surgeries, including minimally invasive and robotic procedures (MIGS/robotics).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with certified nurse-midwives (CNMs), women’s health nurse practitioners, pelvic-floor physical therapists, and mental health professionals.
  • Strong communication and clinical skills to manage a broad spectrum of women’s health needs.
  • Must adhere to all internal job description requirements for license and certifications.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board-certified or eligible in obstetrics and gynecology.
  • Prior experience in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary practice setting is preferred.

Other Requirements:
  • US medical license, current in Illinois or eligible for licensure.
  • Willingness to participate in a home-based call schedule (~1:6–1:7).
  • No additional travel or shift requirements specified.
  • License and certification requirements to be obtained as per internal standards.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $300,000 - $450,000 annually
  • First-year total earnings: North of $500,000, including a $60,000 sign-on bonus
  • Second-year earnings: Target of $750,000
  • Additional Compensation: Productivity upside and potential partnership after two years
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage; malpractice insurance; 401(k) with match plus profit sharing; four weeks’ PTO; one week of CME with a $5,000 allowance; seven paid holidays; relocation assistance and practice-specific incentives negotiable
