St. Luke’s University Health Network, the region’s largest, most established health system, a major teaching hospital, and one of the nation’s 100 Top Hospitals is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to serve as the Regional Medical Director of OBGYN an provide clinical leadership and oversight for our Allentown Campus Labor and Delivery Unit in Allentown, PA. This role combines both clinical and administrative duties. The Regional Medical Director will ensure alignment of inpatient and outpatient care standards, facilitates communication between clinical teams and administration, and supports strategic initiatives to improve quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
