    Obstetrics and Gynecology Medical City Las Colinas is seeking a full-time, board-certified Obgyn to join a high-performing OB Hospitalist team in a role that offers flexibility, professional support, and meaningful impact. This is a wonderful opportunity for physicians who enjoy hospital-based practice and are looking for a collaborative and empowering environment. Structured 24-hour shifts Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter) First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies Guaranteed hourly rate Extra shift incentive pay is available Holiday pay incentives Employment agreement through Physician Services Group Rich benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, and 401(k) Relocation assistance available Texas is a tort reform state with no state income tax
