We’re hiring an OB/GYN Physician in St. Petersburg, Florida, who wants strong earning potential, a supportive clinical team, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in women's healthcare.

You'll provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a mission-driven clinical setting serving diverse communities throughout Pinellas County. This is a full-scope position combining outpatient Women's Health with hospital deliveries, including C-sections and clinically appropriate VBACs.

What makes you a great fit

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• MD or DO with completed OB/GYN residency
• Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure
• DEA, BLS and ability to maintain hospital privileges
• Comfortable performing hospital deliveries, C-sections and clinically appropriate VBACs
• Collaborative, compassionate and committed to serving diverse patient populations
• Experienced physicians and qualified new graduates encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $300,000–$450,000, depending on experience
• Quarterly performance-based incentive opportunities
• Medical insurance with 95% employer-paid comparable Gold Plan employee premium
