Position Summary
This role is ideal for a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician interested in a high-volume practice. The position encompasses obstetrics, gynecology, and surgical care, with a focus on continuity and team-based medicine. Candidates should be comfortable managing a full range of women's health issues and possess strong surgical and outpatient procedural skills.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Obstetrics: Prenatal care, labor and delivery management, postpartum care, and hospital rounding.
- Gynecology: Well-woman exams, contraception management, colposcopy, and management of common gynecologic conditions.
- Surgical Care: Minimally invasive surgeries, hysterectomies, and treatment of conditions like endometriosis and fibroids.
Call Structure
Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with a shared OB call within the physician group and rotating hospital coverage.
Practice Features
- Established multi-physician team with around eight physicians in some locations.

Candidate Profile
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
- Comfortable with full-spectrum OB and GYN care.

Compensation & Benefits

- Total compensation potential of $325,000 to $450,000+.
