Full-scope OB/GYN opportunity
Monday through Friday clinic schedule
Established multi-specialty medical group
Expected patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day once fully ramped up
Dedicated Medical Assistant support for each physician
Clinic managers and supervisors handle day-to-day operations
Hospital-employed OB Hospitalists provide inpatient support
Call responsibilities shared among the OB/GYN team
Opportunity to participate in the development of a future OB/GYN residency program

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $400,000 - $450,000
Two-year guaranteed salary
Transition to productivity-based compensation model thereafter
Sign-on bonus up to $125,000

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
California medical license or ability to obtain
