OB/GYN Medical Director – Little Rock, AR
An established women's health program in Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician for a Hospitalist Medical Director position.

Opportunity Highlights
- OB/GYN Hospitalist Medical Director position
- 5–8 in-house, 24-hour shifts per month
- Double physician coverage on all shifts
- Lead clinical operations and support the OB/GYN hospitalist team
- Manage labor and delivery, including unassigned obstetric patients
- Provide OB emergency department coverage and urgent gynecologic care
- Level III NICU with around-the-clock neonatal specialist support
- Maternal-fetal medicine consultation available
- Participate in clinical quality improvement and team development
- No billing or coding responsibilities
- Established clinical and administrative leadership support

Qualifications
- BC/BE Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Eligible for Arkansas medical licensure
- OB/GYN hospitalist experience preferred
- Previous leadership experience beneficial, but physicians interested in advancing into leadership are encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical judgment and collaborative leadership skills
