Job Title:
OB/GYN Hospitalist - Flexible Schedule, Houston, TX

Overview:
We are seeking experienced, Board-Certified OB/GYNs to join our hospital-based OB team in Houston, TX. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide emergency and unassigned obstetric and gynecologic care within a supportive and well-equipped environment. Required Skills:
  • Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Strong clinical skills in high-risk obstetrics, surgical procedures, and emergency care
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience preferred
  • Ability to provide emergency OB-GYN care, including deliveries and C-sections
  • Support private practice physicians with first-assist capabilities
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a hospital setting

Education and Experience:
  • Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience, especially in high-risk obstetrics and surgical procedures

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Support for emergency obstetric work in hospital environments
  • Availability for minimum 7 shifts/month, including 24-hour and 12-hour shifts
  • Support in providing patient safety and continuity of care in emergency and labor & delivery settings

  • Guaranteed hourly rate plus holiday incentives
  • Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 7 shifts/month
