Oakley - Sales Supervisor

Seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor in Tempe, AZ, to support store management and drive sales performance.

• Assist with training staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Oversee merchandise displays, stock replenishment, and maintain visual standards.
• Help assign tasks, schedule staff, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Achieve sales targets, control expenses, and protect assets.
• Require at least 2 years retail experience, 1 year in management, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform physical activities.
