About Fresh N Clean Septic
Fresh N Clean Septic provides septic pumping, inspections, repairs, and installations throughout King and Snohomish Counties. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our Operations & Maintenance team and looking for a Licensed Residential Electrician to become our in-house electrical specialist.
What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot septic pumps, alarms, relays, control panels, and wiring
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform repairs during residential service calls
- Install and commission electrical components for new septic systems
- Work directly with homeowners to explain findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with field technicians on troubleshooting and repairs
- Maintain accurate documentation and safe work practices
- Support the development of future electrical apprentices as the program expands
What We're Looking For
Required
- Minimum: Washington State 02 Residential Electrician License (or higher)
- Strong troubleshooting and repair experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred
- Experience with pumps, controls, alarms, or septic systems
- Experience mentoring apprentices or junior technicians
What the Work Actually Looks Like
This is a hands-on field position. You'll travel between customer locations, diagnose electrical issues, perform repairs, and support septic system installations.
You'll spend time outdoors, work directly with homeowners, and solve real-world electrical problems that require critical thinking and technical expertise.
