    Description

    This is dual position. You will be a bartender who will be mixing cocktails and you will also be making coffee drinks as a barista.

    You’d make a great barista if you:

    • Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment.
    • Can maintain a clean and organized workspace.
    • Have excellent communications skills.

     

    -Welcoming guests, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
    -Planning drink menus and informing guests about new beverages and specials.
    -Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to guests.
    -Checking identification to ensure guests are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
    -Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
    -Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
    -Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.


    REQUIREMENTS
    -Title 4 Liquor Certification
    -Food Handlers Certification
    -2 Years of Recent Bartending Experience
    -Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
    -Must be at least 19 years of age to serve alcohol in the state of Arizona
    -Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
