What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years working in NYC on both commercial and residential plumbing (service and installs).
- Expertise: Strong blueprint literacy and thorough knowledge of NYC DOB code.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Hourly rate of $30.00–$45.00/hr, negotiable based on experience.
- Health insurance coverage.
- Paid holidays & paid vacations.
- Paid training.
- Clear paths for career advancement.
