Loeb & Loeb LLP is seeking an associate (J.D. 2020-2024) to join its Real Estate Investments and Transactions Department.
The ideal candidate will have law firm experience (preferably at an AmLaw 200 firm) working on complex commercial real estate transactions, such as acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, lending or joint ventures.
Candidates must have excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
Submission requirements include resume, law school transcript and deal sheet.
The salary range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $215,000 and a maximum of $305,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
