Contract - 5th/8th Shift, 3/12
Hours: 6pm - 6am, Fri-Sun
Pay Rate: $ 40.94/Hr.

REQUIREMENTS: NY/NJ-TEST TECHNICIAN - 5th/8th Shift
- Our client requires that candidates must have an active/current DoD Secret Personnel Clearance (PCL) to start, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- Requires a High School or Trade School diploma or its equivalent and a basic knowledge of electronic technology acquired through advanced study of up to two (2) years
- Technical proficiency in environmental test laboratory operations, including thermal and vibration testing.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-demand, 24/7 facility.
- Strong attention to detail with a history of reducing log errors and maintaining strict compliance standards.
- The Environmental Laboratory Technician conducts rigorous testing and environmental stress screening on critical aerospace and defense hardware.
- This role ensures the reliability and durability of complex systems through precise execution of testing protocols under extreme conditions.
- Operate and monitor environmental test chambers to simulate extreme hot and cold temperatures and vibration conditions.
- Execute test protocols and collect accurate test data, maintaining detailed logs of lab operations.
- Multitask across multiple testing jobs simultaneously, managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor lab systems and technician workflows in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Maintain lab facility equipment to ensure uninterrupted testing capabilities and support paperless documentation workflows
