Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings,
- Understanding Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards,
- 5+ years of hand on experience in NX CAM programming
- Experience in working for Medical Devices is preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing CNC machining programs: Utilizing Siemens NX software to create toolpaths and optimize machining processes
- Interpreting technical drawings: Analyzing job orders, drawings, blueprints, specifications, and design data to select appropriate machine tools and tooling.
- Working closely with engineers and machinists to produce high-quality parts while minimizing waste and machining time.
- Monitoring machining activities to ensure cycle time matches with CAM programming and optimizing CNC programs for various machining operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders regularly for status updates and technical discussions, issue mitigation
- Prepare protocols and reports as per the procedure
- Engineering Change Management
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Ability to utilize analytical skills for strategy decision making
- Ability to learn concepts rapidly and enhance performance by applying these to job situations
Salary Range: $95,000- $120,000 a year
