Make a Measurable Impact on Everyday Wellness
Job Store Staffing is hiring Nutraceutical Batch Processing & Packaging Technicians for contract-to-hire roles with a leading wellness manufacturer in South Colorado Springs (80905). Step into a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment where the products you help make support people’s daily health.
A Day in Your Role
You clock in for either first shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) or second shift (2:15 pm - 10:45 pm), suit up for the clean room, and review the batch record so the team starts in sync. You’ll weigh and blend bulk powder ingredients following GMPs, SOPs, and the formulation schedule. After mixing, you’ll discharge bulk materials into appropriate containers, label precisely, and keep production moving on high-volume lines with automated packaging equipment. Throughout the shift, you assemble, disassemble, operate, and clean primary and auxiliary equipment, while keeping associated rooms orderly and compliant. Accurate documentation is part of the rhythm—completing your portion of batch records and related paperwork before handing off to the next step. You collaborate closely with your crew, conduct quality checks, and help maintain a safe, efficient workflow. During peak seasons, overtime (including some Saturdays) helps meet demand, and overtime may be mandatory.
