    Position Summary

    As a Day Shift Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide quality nursing care to residents while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. You will play a key leadership role by supervising nursing staff and CNAs, coordinating resident care, and promoting a safe and supportive environment for both residents and team members.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
    • Supervise and support nursing staff and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
    • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.
    • Foster a positive, resident-centered care environment.

     

    Qualifications

    • Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
    • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
