Job Responsibilities include:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff while ensuring appropriate staffing levels, training, and performance management.
Conduct resident assessments, monitor changes in condition, and collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Investigate and address resident concerns, incidents, medication errors, and other clinical issues while implementing corrective actions to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active RN license in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
