Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a national nonprofit mental health organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Nursing Supervisor opportunity near Minneapolis, MN at their youth residential location. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the provision of medical services that promote resident physical health and well-being.
Position: Nursing Supervisor
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Nursing Supervisor Responsibilities:- Coordinate the nursing department's effective delivery of medical services to the residents.
- Coordinate medical aspects of admissions and ensure completion of annual physical exams.
- Monitor acute and chronic medical conditions of residents; provide treatment or consultation, as needed.
- Collaborate with members of the treatment team to develop Individual Treatment Plans.
Nursing Supervisor Qualifications:- Clean/Active RN License
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related setting
- 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
- First Aid/CPR/CPI/Infection Control certification
- Valid driver's license
