A healthcare organization in the Brockton, MA area is looking for an experienced Nursing Supervisor – Med Surg to join its nursing leadership team!

 

Position Highlights:

• Nursing Supervisor – Medical Surgical

• On-site hospital position

• Leadership role overseeing nursing staff and patient care

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and daily unit operations

• Oversee patient care and ensure quality and safety standards

• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing teams

• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare leadership

• Support staff development and performance improvement

Qualifications:

• Nursing diploma, ASN, or BSN required

• BSN preferred; must obtain within 4 years

• 5+ years of Staff Nurse experience, including Charge Nurse responsibilities

• Previous leadership experience required

• Active MA RN license required

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
