Position Title: RN Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic nursing team. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and providing leadership to our nursing staff. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on assigned shift.
- Ensure compliance with nursing care standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and nursing performance.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Serve as a resource for nursing staff and address any clinical or patient care concerns.
Requirements:
- Active Florida RN License
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- CPI Certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) Preferred
- Proven experience as an RN Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
