Nursing Supervisor Opportunity:
- Schedule: Nights, 3x12
- Full-time, permanent position
- The Nursing Supervisor will develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures
- Lead daily unit operations by creating shift assignments, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care across ER, ICU, Behavioral Health, Med Surg, Labor & Delivery, and Transitional Care
Nursing Supervisor Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS within one year), Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Minimum two years of recent inpatient hospital experience, including prior leadership responsibilities such as charge nurse or team lead with accountability for patient and staff outcomes
