Position Summary
The Part-Time Nursing Simulation Program Designer supports the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of simulation-based learning experiences for undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. This position works collaboratively with nursing faculty and program leadership to ensure simulation and skills laboratory experiences align with course outcomes, clinical competencies, and current standards of nursing practice.
The Simulation Program Designer will provide hands-on support for nursing simulation and skills experiences, assist faculty with simulation development and implementation, and help ensure students receive consistent, high-quality opportunities to develop and demonstrate clinical competence.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a part-time, staff, non-exempt position. The starting wage may be determined upon education and/or experience. Tuition benefits are available for employees; however, there are no other benefits associated with this position.
