Position Summary Nursing Operations Manager | Inpatient Trauma Burn ICU & Step-Down (ORMC) Location: Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center | Downtown Orlando Lead One of Central Florida's Most Specialized Critical Care Teams Orlando Regional Medical Center is seeking a Nursing Operations Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for our Trauma Burn ICU and Trauma Burn Step-Down Unit. As part of Central Florida's only Level I Trauma Center and Verified Burn Center, this leader will partner with physicians, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to drive quality outcomes, operational excellence, and an exceptional patient experience while supporting a highly skilled team dedicated to caring for critically injured trauma and burn patients. Other Related Functions • Uses working knowledge of risk management concepts. • Participates in Process Improvement activities as assigned. • Interprets the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to their agespecific needs and to provide nursing care needed as described in the unit/department's policies and procedures. Qualifications Education/Training • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with Graduate degree in Business or health-related field preferred.
