Description
Stephens College is seeking a motivated and dependable Federal Work Study eligible student helper to assist with the Nursing Skills Lab and provide general office support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist faculty and staff in setting up and maintaining Nursing Skills Lab equipment, supplies, and learning stations.
- Clean and reset the Nursing Skills Lab after student use, ensuring supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Ensure classroom space remains organized and ready for use.
- Monitor inventory of lab supplies and report shortages or maintenance needs.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner and provide department tours as needed.
- Assist in coordinating events for the nursing department.
- Perform general office support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current Stephens College student in good academic standing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team.
Work Schedule
Scheduled hours will be between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm, Monday - Friday.
Salary Description
$15.00/hour
