    About the Role:

    The Department of Nursing invites applications for online adjunct faculty positions for the CCNE accredited MSN program.

    Faculty responsibilities will include teaching in online didactic courses. Courses run in 7-week sessions. Faculty may teach in the core MSN courses as well as the specialty courses within the MSN tracks based upon degree and experience.

    Tracks in the MSN program include:
    Family Nurse Practitioner
    Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
    Psych/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
    Nurse Executive Leader
    Nurse Educator

    Timeline: The search will remain open indefinitely as needs vary semester to semester.

    Qualifications:

    • Doctorate required
    • Teaching experience in nursing desirable.
    • Experience related to specific tracks within the MSN program is necessary.
    • Must possess a valid nursing license in the state of residence.
    • A valid, unencumbered Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner license in the state of residence is required to teach in the nurse practitioner tracks.
    • Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner applicants must be board-certified in their specialty area.
