Job Summary: As a Clinical Nursing Manager Surgical Services (RN) you would be accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or a group of patient care units within Nursing Services. The Manager is responsible for all clinical and operational activities of the units. This is Full time 1 FTE, Day shift position. $10,000 hiring bonus for full-time positions and relocation assistance offered for external caregivers.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License.
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Must have recent first-line management experience.
3 years of Clinical experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
Must have recent first-line management experience.
